I went in for a recall for the airbags in my car. Alberto was very professional, he told me it would take four hours to complete and offered a ride to my home if I needed it. The mechanics finished in less than four hours which was awesome.. overall I have no complaints. Great job.
Nice dealership, but bad ethics. Specially stay away from Mr. Marco the Cuban. He is a disrespectful, back stabbing person and dishonest. He thinks he is better than any one and like to manipulate the customer if you let him.

BB in Service is great! He would keep me updated even though I received a text with a link to check status. The facility is clean with 2 waiting rooms. The techs and porters were super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

Before I purchased the truck it was a newly “certified” vehicle. Not 2 days later after I took it off the lot there were multiple problems on the dash. Took them 2 weeks to fix and resolve the issues. Then there was a nail in the tire and when I tried to fix it, there was no lug lock in the vehicle.
